I feel a bit happier with myself~
I've kinda been having trouble with my style, if you couldn't tell that from previous journal entries, so I've been really down in the dumps. I wanted something I could work with and something I could improve with, and I think I've finally found my way again. I know the style probably doesn't look any different to you guys, but it does to me. I think I can improve a lot better with the way I draw now. I really have to remember not to get so over stressed with it though, cause it'll only make it worse.....

So, on topic with the picture. I don't doubt you peeps are all wondering who this new guy is, right? Well, his name's Roy. I've actually been planning out his design since around the end of 08 but it always turned out really funky looking and something I didn't want. All I knew was that he had red hair with white strips in the front and blue eyes. I was having a hard time with it..... ^^"
There was also the fact that I wanted to practice drawing with my tablet and coloring in Open Canvas. I wanted to really challenge myself, so I started thinking about all three of these, trying to figure out how I could do this, and BAM, hit me like a heavy sack of potatoes!!
So, here's the result. ^^- I finally got a design, personality and name for him, I was able to practice drawing with the tablet, and I limited myself to only a few specific colors.

So yeah..... I was doing this instead of finishing my challenge sketch...... >.>" *runs away*
